SMS Program Terms
Vandalia Strength Co operates two separate text-message programs. You may opt in to either or both:
- Account & service texts (transactional): class and appointment reminders, membership and account notifications.
- Offers & promotions (marketing): occasional promotional messages.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
How consent is obtained. Each program has its own opt-in, collected at a different point. You opt in to offers & promotions (marketing) by checking the SMS box on the Vandalia Strength Co website contact form. You opt in to account & service texts (transactional) during new-member onboarding in your Vandalia Strength Co member account. Each box is unchecked by default and is never required. The exact wording you agreed to and the time are stored with your record.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and other major US carriers.
