You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site and our services lawfully. Memberships, classes, and purchases are governed by the specific terms presented at the time of sale.

SMS Program Terms
Vandalia Strength Co operates two separate text-message programs. You may opt in to either or both:
- Account & service texts (transactional): class and appointment reminders, membership and account notifications.
- Offers & promotions (marketing): occasional promotional messages.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
How consent is obtained. Each program has its own opt-in, collected at a different point. You opt in to offers & promotions (marketing) by checking the SMS box on the Vandalia Strength Co website contact form. You opt in to account & service texts (transactional) during new-member onboarding in your Vandalia Strength Co member account. Each box is unchecked by default and is never required. The exact wording you agreed to and the time are stored with your record.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message to cancel. For help: reply HELP, or contact us (hello@vandaliastrength.com, (651) 555-0148).
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and other major US carriers.

Member Content and Marketing Use
When you submit or post content into Vandalia Strength Co's Runflip tools (for example photos, videos, messages, community and forum posts, and reviews), you grant Vandalia Strength Co a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for its own marketing and promotional purposes, including on its website, social media, email, and printed materials.
You keep ownership of everything you post. This license only lets Vandalia Strength Co promote its programs and community using content you have already chosen to share. It does not transfer ownership of your content, and it does not give Vandalia Strength Co the right to sell your content to third parties.
If you do not want a specific piece of your content used for marketing, contact Vandalia Strength Co and it will stop using that content for new marketing going forward.
